- Notable Licenses/Certifications (10%): Coaches that have attained recognized licenses or certifications demonstrating their abilities as a coach are ranked higher.
- Prior Position (15%): Coaches with prior leadership experience in Greensboro area-based companies are rated higher for their understanding of the local economy.
- Ideal Client Fit (5%): Coaches with more broad expertise in mid-market companies such as those commonly found in Greensboro are given a slight edge.
