Average Call Duration by Channel & Industry: July 2025 Report

From February 10 to May 30, 2025, our analytics team compiled data from over 120 client accounts spanning industries including legal, insurance, home services, healthcare, education, real estate, financial services, hospitality, automotive, retail, technology, and nonprofit to analyze average call durations across major marketing channels. Call duration, in this context, serves as a proxy for call quality, under the assumption that more qualified leads result in longer, more engaged conversations.

We normalized call times to exclude outliers (calls under 10 seconds or over 1 hour) and used a proprietary algorithm to weight results by campaign spend and lead volume. This report aims to provide performance benchmarks for marketers who use call tracking as a key performance indicator.
